Gov Okowa's Aide Ossai Ovie Congratulates mtn Project Fame Winner, Okiemute
The emergence of Miss Okiemute Ighorodje as the winner of
mtn Project Fame Season 9
Has been described by Delta State-born blogger and political aide to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, Mr Ossai Ovie Success as clear evidence of the leading roles Deltans are playing in different fields of life.

Speaking in Asaba, Mr Ossai said, "Miss Okiemute rendition of Phyno's work on vinyl, ‘Fada Fada' was superlative and held not only the judges spell bound but, the audience was in awe that such could be done."
"With such a voice, that power, no one ever came close and the judges did not find it difficult to identify the winner, 25 years old Okiemute who is from Delta State, a University of Port Harcourt graduate of Linguistic and Communication," Ossai said, adding, "she made us proud at the event and I congratulate her and hope our youths will be inspired to engage in such progressive activities."

He continued, "there is no doubt that Deltans are playing leading roles in different fields, call it music, banking, comedy and others and Okiemute's performance made me to recall that even Big Brother Africa programmes are not also complete without Deltans performing, I am happy that positive things are coming out from our state especially now that Governor Okowa is at helms of affairs in the state."
While noting that Okiemute has been empowered with the sum of N5 million, a brand new SUV and a recording deal worth millions of Naira, Mr Ossai, stated, "the greatest joy is that she has inspired a lot of youths to think positive and believe in hard work."
